Hard to explain
Depression is hard to explain to a person who doesn’t have it. It makes you feel worthless and dead inside. It affects you at anytime and it makes you give up. Lot of things are hard when we are depressed. We should change our thoughts and ideas to live happily. But a strange battle is necessary for this to overcome.

I don’t know how to explain it. I feel exhausted and tired. I am feeling lonely and not able to concentrate. Yes it really affects my behaviour, attitude and daily activities. I can’t find happiness in anything. It is really hard to fight with this situation.

Yes it’s true that it’s more hurtful that people don’t care for each other. Some people expect some care from us and we have to give that support to them. At the same time, we need to know there are limitations from the support we get from friends and family. Don’t pretend to be happy if you are not. Be the real you.
